I had an amazing stay at this hotel close to Gonzaga beach. The location is perfect for beach lovers. Hotel facilities were modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included two complementary facts that were delicious. the hotel was in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. the room had an enjoyable view of the city.
The noise from other guests echoed throughout the halls all night long, making it difficult to sleep. there seemed to be an issue with the air conditioning, as the room was uncomfortably warm.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The hotel is located in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sun terrace, where we could relax and soak up the sun. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar area, perfect for grabbing a quick snack or enjoying a delicious meal. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The daily breakfast offered a typical Brazilian spread, with eggs, fruit, and delicious coffee. The gym had a fine view of the beach and the rooftop pool offered an amazing cityscape for great photos.

This hotel is ideally situated close to the beach, just a stone's throw from Gonzaga beach, in Santos seafront. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-designed bathrooms. the breakfast is quite good, with strict quality control and fresh fruits. there's a lovely outdoor pool and gym facilities available.
There was some disappointment due to the hotel having an unsatisfactory cleanliness standard.

The hotel had a gym with an amazing view of the city, which was great for post-workout photos. The staff was friendly and always ready to offer assistance. The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and good shopping centers.
The hallways had slow sensor lights, which made walking through dark corridors a bit unsettling.
